Job Title: Salesforce Business System Analyst

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)

Employment Type: Contract

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Business System Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Santa Clara. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ , excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform to support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.
• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with developers and admins to implement enhancements, integrations, and system configurations.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within the Quote-to-Cash cycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end users.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (configuration, pricing rules, product bundles, approvals, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
