Misión del rol
Transformar las experiencias de los usuarios, desde el conocimiento profundo de nuestros cliente y sus contextos, asegurando resultados extraordinarios.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares.
Conocimiento profundo de las distintas metodologías para obtener datos cualitativos y cuantitativos.
Conocimiento del campo de diseño, interacción humano computadora y usabilidad.
Experiencia creando reportes accionables cuyas conclusiones traduzcan claramente los hallazgos de la investigación.
Amplio conocimiento estadístico aplicado a UX.
Experiencia con equipos de trabajo ágiles y software de testeo (pruebas de usabilidad).
