Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to support our Worldwide Manufacturing (WMO) Organization. In this role, you will help identify, attract, and engage top early-career and experienced Manufacturing talent—including Technical Program Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Buyers, Technicians, and related support roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in Talent Acquisition while gaining industry exposure in a fast-paced, high tech environment. • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, sourcing, or HR. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Curiosity and willingness to learn technical terminology related to semiconductor equipment and Field Service work. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) • Exposure to or interest in the semiconductor, capital equipment, high-tech manufacturing, or related engineering fields. • Experience with LinkedIn, Boolean search, or sourcing tools (academia projects, internships, or self-taught). • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems. ________________________________________ Success Factors • Curious mindset: eager to learn technical roles in a manufacturing environment. • Persistence: ability to identify and engage hard to find talent. • Communication: clear, professional approach when interacting with candidates and hiring teams. • Team orientation: collaborates well and supports multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Source passive and active candidates for WMO roles using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high volume and critical Manufacturing roles.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach, engagement, and pre screening to assess interest and basic qualifications.
• Research market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability within the semiconductor equipment space.
• May also work on requisitions end to end, and make offers to candidates
Collaboration & Support
• Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, technician/engineer skill sets, geographic needs, and business priorities.
• Support scheduling activities, candidate tracking, and documentation within the ATS.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
Data & Process Management
• Track sourcing activity and candidate progress in ATS.
• Provide weekly updates on sourcing pipelines, challenges, and insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
