Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline with a minimum of 8 years in systems engineering, integration, or a comparable role.
• Proven experience with C4ISR systems.
• Strong comprehension of systems engineering lifecycle, requirements analysis, and interface design.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, showcasing a strong capacity to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
• Knowledge of DoD / USMC garrison and tactical environments (preferred).
• Masters degree in a relevant technical discipline (preferred).
• Proficiency in MBSE tools and methodologies such as SysML, UAF, UML using Cameo (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) (preferred).
• Experience with DoD acquisition and Agile development processes (preferred).
• Experience in developing and analyzing mission threads for intricate systems-of-systems (preferred).
• Previous military background or experience working directly with operational users and SMEs (preferred).
• Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance.

• Act as the primary liaison for systems integration activities, engaging with technical engineering teams, requirement sponsors, program managers, operational subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to ensure congruence of operational needs and capabilities with mission objectives.
• Define, analyze, and document data flows and performance-based mission threads, mapping operational activities to performance standards and identifying capabilities and limitations for executing specific mission scenarios.
• Supply technical leadership to Capability Integration Officers (CIOs) and CE-Intel Leadership regarding data integration and interoperability, participating in technical reviews, trade studies, and performance evaluations for capability gap assessments and resource allocation.
• Utilize principles and tools of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) such as Cameo (SysML, UAF) for developing and managing mission and scenario-based architectures, defining current and future states, and ensuring requirements traceability through available tools like JAMA, while assisting in the transition to a model-based digital engineering framework.
• Convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences of all ranks and grades, preparing and delivering technical briefings and status updates to leadership and customer representatives.
