Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Shipping and Receiving Associate. Qualified candidates should have 1-3 years of inventory management, logistics, ERP experience and recent experience operating stand-up and sitdown forklifts.
Pay: $18.50 per hour
1st shift schedule: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (will fluctuate based on production)
Job Duties & Expectations:- Support daily shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, cycle counts, and material movement
- Shipping, receiving, and inventory-focused work
- Receive inbound shipments and enter parts and materials into the ERP system
- Process outbound shipments and prepare items for transfer or returns
- Review shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy
- Move materials to the correct warehouse or bin location
- Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records
- Pack and document returned or transferred materials
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and help correct errors
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
- Hands-on role with shipping, receiving, and inventory responsibilities
- Work with forklift, pallet jack, and overhead crane equipment
- Wrap finished products and prepare them for shipment
- Unload enclosures and incoming materials
- Move enclosures and materials to the correct cells or work areas
- Support receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory movement tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area
Requirements: - High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of warehouse, inventory, or material control experience
- Experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counts
- Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts
- Comfortable with data entry and warehouse inventory systems
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word
- Able to follow work instructions and communicate clearly on the job
- Clear daily work focused on inventory accuracy and warehouse support
- Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures in English
- Ability to lift and move materials in a warehouse environment
- Recent forklift experience of 2–3 years preferred
