Role Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and analytically driven Social

Media Manager to lead and grow our social presence.

This role is ideal for someone who can consistently generate

original, engaging, social-first content ideas while also using data

and performance insights to refine and scale what works. You will not

just manage content—you will experiment, analyze, and optimize to

drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities-

Social Media Management

• Own day-to-day social media operations including publishing,

scheduling, and optimization

• Build and manage a consistent, high-quality content calendar

• Translate company messaging into engaging, platform-native

content

• Tailor strategies for each platform (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)

Audience Engagement & Social Listening

• Monitor comments, messages, and conversations across

platforms

• Engage with followers in a timely, authentic, and brand-aligned

voice

• Identify trends, audience sentiment, and emerging opportunities

• Feed insights back into content and marketing strategy

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

• Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer and creator

collaborations

• Execute campaigns end-to-end, from outreach to performance

tracking

• Build long-term relationships with creators aligned with the brand

Analytics & Strategy

• Track and analyze performance metrics across all social platforms

• Familiar with: Facebook ads, Google ads, and X ads

• Highly metrics-driven with a proven track record of scaling social

media performance (followers, engagement, conversions) through

both organic and paid strategies

• Use tools like Google Analytics to measure engagement, traffic,

and conversions

• Run A/B tests on content, formats, and posting strategies

• Translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve

performance

• Stay on top of trends and optimize strategies to drive growth

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Proven ability to scale social media performance with measurable

results (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, conversions)

using both organic content and paid campaigns

• Strong understanding of social platforms

• Experience with online communities (Discord a plus)

• Knowledge of Hootsuite (a plus)

• Strong communication skills

• Experience with influencer partnerships

• Familiarity with analytics tools
