Salary: $60,000 - 62,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis.
• Strong background in implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), ideally in Salesforce projects.
• Proficient in producing precise documentation on time, such as Business Requirement Documents, Software Requirement Documents, Process workflows, RAIDQs, Project Plans, and User guides/Training materials.
• Experience in leading requirement analysis sessions with varied stakeholder groups via meetings, workshops, and JAD sessions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to rank requirements based on business value and constraints.
• Strong skills in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business documents and regulations; adept at writing clear and legible documents and creating effective presentations.
• Experience in assessing inefficient business processes and developing requirements for automated solutions with business stakeholders and IT.
• Experience in producing visual system diagrams using UML, as well as creating web page mock-ups.
• Capability to provide production support analysis, conduct root cause investigations, and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Skilled in creating and managing Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in Jira, and coordinating backlog priorities with Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Active participation in Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to occasionally fulfill a PM role.
• Experience evaluating project risks and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Ensure all requirements are clearly understood and validated by stakeholders.
• Track requirement changes and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop test strategies and plans that comprehensively cover established requirements.
• Assist with defect resolution and conflict management.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
• Drive the translation of business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Participate and contribute actively in Agile team ceremonies.
• Support ongoing projects as necessary, managing any evolving requirements efficiently.
