A well-established agricultural company in Texas is urgently seeking a Seed Sales Representative . This company offers an excellent working environment with the opportunity to grow in a new territory. Not only will this individual handle seed sales, but also chemicals and fertilizer in South Central Texas .

The Seed Sales Representative will be responsible for growing a new territory for the company. They will take a hands-on approach to daily operations, contributing to strategic decision-making, developing business plans, and charting a path for overall growth to better serve their valued customers. The ideal Seed Sales Representative should possess strong organizational skills, exhibit a self-driven attitude, and demonstrate a knack for identifying customer needs to ensure exceptional service. A background in full-service agronomy sales is preferred, as the company is looking for an individual with the expertise to make product recommendations that align with their customers' requirements.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $60-80k but ultimately will depend on the candidates' experience. For the right candidate, the potential for income growth is substantial, with the possibility of surpassing six figures including commissions.
