We offer a wide gamut of consulting solutions customized to our 450+ clients ranging from Fortune 500/1000 to Start-ups across various verticals like Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Technology, Manufacturing, the Internet, and Engineering.

Position: Salesforce Business Analyst with Agent force AI / AI

Location: Pleasanton CA ( Onsite - Only Locals)

Type: Contract

Exp Level- 10+ Years

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) having 6+years of experience with a strong background in Agentforce AI, Salesforce, data quality, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements related to Salesforce applications.
• Perform end-to-end testing and validation of Salesforce configurations, data flows, and integrations.
• Define and implement data quality checks to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across systems.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to support data analysis, testing, and reporting.
• Document test cases, data validation rules, and business processes.
• Assist with root cause analysis and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of data quality principles, data governance, and best practices.
• Proficient in SQL – ability to write, debug, and optimize queries.
• Familiarity with data integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
