Job Description We are seeking a Retail Creative Designer to support a range of creative initiatives across multiple brands and business categories. This role will focus primarily on brand identity and packaging design, while also supporting retail marketing, signage, and in-store graphic communications. The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, exceptional design execution, and a portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing brand and packaging work.
Key Responsibilities - Support a range of design projects, from adapting existing brand systems to developing new creative concepts.
- Create and execute visual solutions across brand identity, packaging, retail marketing, signage, and in-store graphic communications.
- Develop creative concepts from initial ideation through final execution while maintaining brand consistency.
- Build presentations and visual storytelling materials that communicate creative rationale and connect design solutions to business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously across brands and business categories while meeting established deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, brand, merchandising, production, and other business stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects of varying complexity and scope based on business priorities and team needs.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, packaging design, retail creative, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Brand identity design
- Packaging design
- Consumer-facing creative work
- Experience developing and applying brand systems across multiple touchpoints and channels.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and execute high-quality design solutions from concept through production.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative decisions and design rationale.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting consumer-facing brands, retail organizations, or CPG environments
- Experience creating brand systems or adapting existing brand systems.
- Experience with packaging design.
- Experience with in-store signage or retail marketing.
- Familiarity with Miro or similar collaboration and ideation tools.
- Awareness of current design, retail, and consumer trends, and the ability to apply those insights to creative solutions.
