Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Real Estate Manager to oversee property operations, tenant relations, leasing activities, maintenance coordination, and financial performance across our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a proven background in residential and/or commercial property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties
  • Oversee leasing activities, tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-outs
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, inspections, and vendor services
  • Monitor budgets, rent collections, operating expenses, and financial reporting
  • Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement improvement plans
  • Supervise onsite staff, contractors, and maintenance personnel
  • Maintain accurate records, leases, contracts, and reports
  • Develop strategies to improve occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of property or real estate management experience
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, property operations, and real estate regulations
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
