What You’ll Do

• Deliver efficient, friendly service in the checkout lane that creates a positive, lasting impression.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with checkout in a fast and accurate manner.
• Complete transactions and handle all forms of payment responsibly.
• Create “WOW” moments through attentive and helpful customer interactions.
• Use positive body language, eye contact, and communication to build guest trust.
• Answer customer questions and provide helpful information when needed.
• Utilize register technology and related systems to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive front-end team environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort learning and using register systems and related technology.
• Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to troubleshoot and assist.
