Job Description

A highly respected Seattle-based litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team supporting complex, long-term plaintiff-side litigation.

The firm focuses on impactful, mission-driven work representing individuals in sensitive matters, including cases involving gender-based violence and abuse.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with clients on a large-scale, multi-year case involving over 150 individuals. The role is highly collaborative and client-facing, offering meaningful work in an environment committed to advocacy, equity, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all phases of litigation for complex, multi-party cases
  • Draft pleadings, assist with discovery, and manage case documentation
  • Coordinate and order medical and other case-related records
  • Maintain detailed and organized case files (high attention to detail required)
  • Communicate directly with clients in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Assist with trial preparation (trial expected for select groups of plaintiffs)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience (law firm or nonprofit preferred)
  • strong drafting and discovery experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working on sensitive, client-facing matters
  • Interest in advocacy, equity, and social impact work
  • Experience with King County e-filing is a plus (not required)

Work Environment & Structure:

  • HYBRID schedule: 2 days in office, remainder remote
  • Occasional travel required within Washington State to meet with clients

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $95,000 – $100,000
