Interviewer

We are seeking dedicated and articulate Temporary Interviewers to join our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting surveys by reading scripted instructions and questions to respondents, ensuring clarity and maintaining an unbiased approach.

Interviewer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $12.00 to $13.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Sunday from 11:00am to 10:00pm )

• Read scripted instructions and questions verbatim to survey respondents in a clear, professional, and easily understandable manner.
• Engage with potential respondents to solicit their participation in surveys.* Thoughtfully listen to respondents, clarifying and probing for information when appropriate, strictly adhering to provided guidelines.
• Answer respondent questions accurately using scripted responses. 

Interviewer Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a call center, outbound calling, or customer service representative role.* Demonstrated proficiency in data entry.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Comfortable working full-time shifts, including weekends.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to sit and speak for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
• This position requires sit-down work only.
