5. Good team spirit and independent research skills. This is a full-time postdoctoral research position at Hainan Normal University, conducted within the postdoctoral research station. The postdoctoral researcher will independently carry out cutting-edge basic or applied research under the guidance of a supervising mentor, apply for national and provincial postdoctoral research funding, publish high-quality academic papers, assist in graduate student supervision, and promote the translation and application of research outcomes.

Compensation: 1.Full-time postdoctoral fellows shall receive an annual pre-tax salary of no less than 300,000 RMB；In addition, they are eligible to apply for various supporting subsidies at all levels.
