About the Role:

We are seeking an Estate Planning Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience to join our Estate Planning Group.

In this role, you will work on sophisticated estate planning and estate administration matters, with a strong focus on tax-efficient strategies and comprehensive wealth planning. You will also advise clients on related business and financial matters, making this a highly strategic and client-facing position.

This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys combining technical expertise with relationship-building and is looking to take on greater responsibility in managing client engagements.

What You ll Work On :

• Advanced estate planning strategies for individuals and families
• Estate and trust administration
• Tax planning and wealth preservation strategies
• Advising clients on business and financial matters related to estate planning
• Drafting complex estate planning documents
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and referral sources

Required Skills & Experience :

• 5+ years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, and related business matters
• Strong background in finance or accounting
• Proven experience handling sophisticated estate planning and administration matters
• Excellent drafting and technical writing skills
• Strong understanding of tax planning strategies
• Highly organized and deadline-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire for significant client interaction and relationship managemen
