Job Description

Director of Product Management

Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: $190,000 - $210,000 + Bonus

About the Role

SprintRay is the market leader in dental 3D printing — $150M+ in revenue, dominant share, and scaling toward IPO. We build the hardware, software, materials, and workflow that run the modern dental practice.

We're hiring a Head of Product Management to own the operational engine of our product org. You'll sit under the CPO and work directly with our PM team to sharpen decision-making, hold timelines, define roadmap, and break ties. This is not a strategy-only role. You'll be at work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive roadmap definition and prioritization across Hardware, Software, and Workflow PMs

  • Serve as the decision-making conduit between product, engineering, and leadership

  • Own cross-functional timelines — identify blockers early and move fast to resolve them

  • Set and hold a high bar for product spec quality, release readiness, and post-launch learning

  • Build lightweight, effective PM processes that scale without bureaucracy

  • Recruit and develop PM talent as the org grows toward IPO

  • Partner closely with the Head of Design on integrated product and design decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years in product management; 2+ years leading or managing PMs

  • Proven track record shipping hardware-software products at scale — medtech, health tech, or adjacent preferred

  • Strong operator: you don't just set direction, you make things happen

  • High EQ and low ego — can align strong-willed engineers, designers, and execs without drama

  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed; we move fast and you'll need to as well

  • Experience with US + international teams a strong plus (we run a team across LA and Hangzhou)

Why Sprintray

  • Dominant market position with real pricing power and sticky recurring revenue

  • Clear path to IPO — your work will directly shape the design org that gets us there

  • Mission-driven product: you're improving how dentists serve patients, every day

  • Lean, high-trust leadership team that moves without politics

  • Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits
