The Director of Business Development for REDACTED℠ (a brand of IDIQ) is responsible for driving strategic growth and expanding enterprise partnerships for IDIQ’s executive identity protection solutions. This role leads revenue generation initiatives across multiple verticals, increasing adoption of REDACTED’s concierge-level identity protection services for high-risk individuals, including C-suite executives, senior leaders, and high-net-worth individuals.
The Senior Business Development Manager serves as a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers, positioning REDACTED’s comprehensive protection model—which includes proactive threat assessments, layered security protections, continuous monitoring, and full-service identity resolution delivered through dedicated Identity Intelligence Officers.
This role develops and executes strategic sales plans, leveraging executive relationships to secure enterprise agreements with organizations seeking to offer REDACTED services to their executives, employees, or customers.

Position Details: This is a full-time salaried position (40+ hours/week) working a hybrid schedule in our Temecula, CA office.
Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $90,000 to a maximum of $125,000 based on a full-time schedule and is eligible for commission sales. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills,
