Job Description

Castle Park Investments is seeking a tech-driven analyst to join our data and technology team, reporting directly to Kutay Gozalan, VP of Data & Technology. This role is ideal for a current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional passionate about transforming real estate operations through data analytics and artificial intelligence.

We are open to candidates at various stages—whether you're a senior undergraduate, a graduate student, or a recent graduate ready to hit the ground running. For current students, we're looking for someone with a manageable course load who can commit approximately 20 hours per week (with some flexibility). For those who perform well, this internship is designed to convert into a full-time position.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our portfolio-wide KPI tracking, building machine learning pipelines, and leading the integration of AI tools to optimize processes across our 4,500+ unit portfolio spanning manufactured housing communities, RV resorts, and campgrounds in 9 states.

Key Responsibilities:

● Create data collection pipelines from property management systems into our cloud-hosted storage environment.

● Identify, pilot, and implement AI-powered tools to automate workflows in marketing, leasing, maintenance, and investor reporting. Be the internal champion for AI adoption across all departments.

● Build internal business intelligence tools, including automated Excel reports using SQL queries and custom live dashboards deployed through AWS CloudFront, leveraging AI-assisted coding tools.

● Deploy automated machine learning pipelines, supported by AI tools, to interpret and summarize data, surface trends, and enhance decision-making.

● Partner with operations, acquisitions, and investor relations teams to translate data insights into actionable business decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

● Current senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduate student, or recent graduate in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science or Engineering, or Software Engineering.

● For current students: ability to commit approximately 20 hours per week (flexible based on course load and availability).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Foundational experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker, or similar.

● Strong SQL and Python skills, including experience with API integrations and data analytics libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.

● Passion for AI and emerging technologies with a track record of self-driven learning and experimentation.

● Strong communication skills—ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

● Self-starter mentality; thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Basic JavaScript knowledge and experience with front-end web development, ideally using Node.js.

● Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code to build BI tools or other applications.

● Familiarity with cloud computing, preferably on AWS.

● Experience working in IDEs like Visual Studio Code.

Benefits

● Be part of a fast-growing real estate investment platform that is redefining attainable housing across the U.S.

● Work hands-on with industry-leading AI and data-driven solutions applied directly to real estate ownership and operations.

● Collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with a clear path to full-time employment.

● Competitive compensation and benefits package.
