Product Strategy & Innovation. Leads development of commercial strategic growth plan for the business
Own the full product/service innovation pipeline—from early‑stage ideation to commercial launch. Identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities across the memorialization landscape.
Identify opportunities appealing to families and also help market through our funeral home customer base. Opportunities include both products and services sold to funeral homes as well as value-added service offerings that differentiate Matthews from competitors
Manage vendor partner relationships for sourced product offerings
Software Solutions business leadership
Own the commercial direction of our software solutions business (which includes both software solutions sold to funeral homes as well as software tools offered to our customers) including setting the software development vision and priorities
Lead the software solutions selling and customer service functions
