No two or more convictions or violations for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (DUI/DWI). Automatic DQ’s: More than three moving violations in the past three years. More than two moving violation in the last 12 months. Open container driver or passenger convictions in the last 3 years in a P.O.V for both Experienced and Student Drivers.
