About the Job:
$15.00 per hour

We are looking for someone who:

Responsibilities:

• It is your foremost responsibility to compassionately treat all claimants.
• Deliver service that reflects our values.
• Maintain and update client data within the case management system to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Serve as the friendly -but-persistent bridge between claimants and Social Security.
• Keep medical documentation on track and updated.
• Shift gears while staying organized and on track.
• Keep documentation complete, accurate and filed before the deadline has time to get nervous.

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Experience 2+ years preferred.
• Awesome Communication Skills.
• Time Management Guru.
• Able to think outside the box.
• Self-motivated.
• Pleasant phone personality.
• Organized.
• Team player.
• Multitask capability without compromising on quality.
• Proficient in office technology, such as Microsoft Word, outlook, Excel helpful.
• Dependable and punctual.
• A background check must be passed to be considered for this position.
