We’re currently hiring compassionate, reliable caregivers for part-time morning shifts (10AM–2PM) in Newport Beach. You’ll provide essential personal care and companionship to wonderful older adults in your local community. Whether you’re an experienced caregiver or have helped a loved one before, we’d love to meet you! What You’ll Be Doing: Personal Care Tasks: * Assistance with bathing, grooming, and hygiene routines * Help with dressing and changing clothes * Toileting support and incontinence care * Safe transfers and mobility assistance (bed, chair, walker, etc.) * Monitoring and assistance with medication reminders * Assistance with feeding and basic nutrition support Companionship & Daily Living Support: * Engaging in friendly conversation and emotional support * Accompanying clients on walks or to appointments (if applicable) * Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up, organizing) * Meal planning and simple meal preparation * Support with errands and grocery shopping * Encouraging mental stimulation, hobbies, or games * Providing reassurance and a calming presence You’ll be following a personalized care plan designed to meet each client’s unique needs — and building meaningful relationships along the way. Requirements:

• Ideally, has an active Home Care Aide (HCA) registration and at least 1 year of caregiver experience in an agency, assisted living, nursing home, or similar home care settings. No experience or certifications are required - we gladly welcome first-time caregivers to apply with us!
• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physical tasks.
• Pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Ability to communicate with office staff, clients, and other caregivers through phone call, text, and email.
